Abuja Court reportedly Frees Alleged Nyanya Bomber (Photos)

A Federal High court sitting in Abuja has freed Aminu Oguche, the suspected mastermind of the Nyanya bomb blast which killed about 70 people in April. According to the News Agency of Nigeria, the court in it’s ruling, dismissed the two counts terrorism charges brought against him and freed him based on lack of diligent prosecution by the state.
