Job Description
- Welcomes and registers guests, establishes credit on product ordered for delivery, relays messages, answers questions about services, maintains and updates records, obtains payments, makes reservations.
Duties:
- Welcomes customers by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests.
- Registers customers by obtaining or confirming products required, verifying pre-ordered.
- Establishes teller by verifying accreditation or obtaining cash.
- Directs customers to the appropriate quarter to pick up their products
- Conveys information to customers by receiving and transmitting messages,and mail
- Provides concierge duties to customers by answering inquiries regarding varieties of our products and other services that may be require.
- Maintains records by entering customers data.
- Secures customer valuables by processing items that are not picked up or left behind during dispatch
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
- A Degree from an accredited institution
- Entry Level experience required for this position
