Office Receptionist
Location: Lagos State
Proposed date: December 2014 – February, 2015
Job Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Senior Finance & Administration Manager, the Office receptionist will perform the specific tasks listed below:
- Serves as first point of contact for visitor(s) coming into the company
- Receive visitors and attend to their enquiry
- Take minute of meeting during staff meeting
- Filing of program documents
- Receiving incoming mails and sorting to appropriate department or staff
- Sending of mails through courier service or any other means of transmission
- Assist in planning for program training activities such as photocopies of training materials, sending of bulk SMS to participants, preparing letter of invitations for trainings etc.
Skills: Organization, Typing, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Thoroughness, Decision Making, Analyzing Information and Results Driven.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Educational degree/Higher National Diploma in any business related field.
- Experience working in development programs.
- Good writing and communication skills
